About the Role
In this role, you will work hands-on with backend development, designing and implementing services, APIs, integrations, and core business logic. You will contribute to architectural discussions and turn decisions into reliable, maintainable code.
You will review code, improve existing components, troubleshoot issues, refine deployment flows, and strengthen areas such as performance, security, error handling, and testability. You will also collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and domain experts, while supporting colleagues through technical discussions and shared problem-solving.

- Deployment in both Kubernetes-based/containerized environments and on-premise setups such as Windows Server
- Automated CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, code quality, security scanning, and release management
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a senior backend engineer with solid experience in Java and Spring Boot, and a good understanding of how to build reliable, maintainable, and secure backend services, APIs, and integrations.
You have a pragmatic architectural mindset and can balance long-term technical direction with delivery. You are confident in reviewing code, improving solutions, identifying technical risks, and making design decisions that support performance, testability, operational stability, and future development.
As a person, you are collaborative, curious, and clear in your communication. You enjoy sharing knowledge, contributing to common engineering practices, and helping the team solve problems in a pragmatic way.
It is also valuable if you have experience with Kubernetes and Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices. Experience with developing or integrating AI-supported functionality, such as automation, analysis, or decision-support features, is considered a plus.
