Design plays a central role in how effectively our users interact with this information. We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable, and elegant experiences across our platform.
About the Role
As an Experienced UX Designer, you will be a core member of our UX team and part of the broader product and development organization. You will lead the full UX process, from research and concept development to prototyping and interaction design. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to ensure our software remains clear, efficient, and consistent.
You will contribute to and help evolve our shared design system, ensuring usability and cohesion across the entire product portfolio.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working in complex environments and driven to make powerful software feel intuitive and accessible.
- Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, observation, and usability testing, and translate findings into a clear design direction
- Define information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, including components, patterns, and guidelines
- Ensure accessibility according to WCAG principles and maintain consistency across the platform
- Create clear documentation to support implementation and long-term scalability
- Work closely with engineers throughout development to ensure design intent is realized
- Help improve usability, efficiency, and clarity across both new and existing functionality
Your Profile
- 5 or more years of experience designing complex B2B or B2G software systems
- Experience working with data-intensive applications, dashboards, or real-time operational systems
- Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and user testing
- Deep experience using Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience building or scaling design systems, including component libraries and design principles
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence working in cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers
Bonus Experience
- GIS, mapping, or spatial data visualization
- Role-based access, permissions, or security-focused applications
- Public sector, defense, or mission-critical systems
