Purpose of the Processing

The CCTV system is used for the following purposes:

• To protect employees, visitors, and company property.

• To prevent and detect unauthorized access to the premises.

• To support alarm verification in the event of a security alarm or fire alarm.

• To enable Securitas, our alarm and security service provider, to assess the situation

remotely when an alarm is triggered and take appropriate action.

Legal Basis

The processing of personal data through CCTV monitoring is based on T-Kartor Group AB's

legitimate interest in maintaining the security and safety of its premises, employees, visitors,

and assets, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Categories of Personal Data

The CCTV system may record:

• Video images of individuals entering or present within monitored areas.

• Date and time information associated with recordings.

Audio is not recorded.

Recipients of Personal Data

Access to CCTV recordings is restricted to authorized personnel who require access for security

purposes.

Recordings may be shared with:• Securitas, acting as our security and alarm service provider.

• Law enforcement authorities or other public authorities when required by law or in

connection with the investigation of incidents.

Retention Period

CCTV recordings are retained for a maximum of 7 days and are automatically deleted thereafter

unless they are required for the investigation of a security incident, suspected crime, fire event,

or other legitimate purposes.

International Transfers

Personal data collected through the CCTV system is not intended to be transferred outside the

European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA). If such transfers become necessary,

appropriate safeguards will be implemented in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.

• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.

• Request erasure of personal data where applicable.

• Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.

• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

• Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection

(Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
