SupportSupport consists of access to Telephone, Fax, and email support that T-Kartor provides. When a support call/fax/email reaches T-Kartor, it goes to a dedicated support department. Each reported problem is posted to the T-Kartor support database and given a case number. If the problem cannot be immediately resolved by the support department, it is forwarded to the development department.
